Vista Chino in Palm Springs has seen sections under construction for the past week. This construction has seen a few delays and will continue this week as well. Also, and this is important: no one is calling “Chinogeddon”.
Ever since the Interstate 405 closure gave birth to "Carmageddon" in 2011, it's become the norm to use "blank-geddon" to identify major traffic disruptions across Southern California.
