Oh boy! Just in time for Stagecoach!!
If you want to look like you are dirty, but don’t want to actually be dirty, Nordstrom has the jeans for you.
The “Barracuda Straight Leg Jeans” featured what Nordstrom calls “caked-on muddy coating,” because sure. Ok.
The jeans went viral after “Dirty Jobs” host Mike Rowe posted about them on his website, saying the Nordstrom jeans were proof of “our country’s war on work.”
“They’re a costume for wealthy people who see work as ironic — not iconic,” Rowe claimed n a post titled, “Jeans made to look like you work hard so you don’t have to.”

Who on earth goes out and buys a 500$ pair of fake mud jeans from Nordstrom when you can get a cheap pair and drag them through the mud?

The Nordstrom website makes note that customers who bought “mud jeans” also frequently bought these jeans as well…
Which makes sense.
