Comments – those things down at the bottom of this and every other Cactus Hugs post that are often funny, sometimes ridiculous, and almost always appreciated – have been a part of this website, in one form or another, since it popped up on the internet in…oh, let’s just say 1492. Now, in order to give everyone a chance to join the conversation, we have changed things up a bit.
If you scroll down (you can do that now if you want, I will wait), you will see that you have the option to comment using your choice of Facebook, WordPress, Disqus, Google+, and Livefyre. But wait, that is way too many options than any website needs? Well yes, that is right. So we are going to offer all five of them for a bit, see which ones you guys like using the most and then take it from there.
*Note: if you are reading articles in Facebook Instant Article, Apple News or Google AMP format, you will not have as many options because the internet insists on being confusing full of options nowadays.
It is always cool to get your thoughts, witty comments, rants, etc. in the comments, so we wanted to see what system works best for you.
