California Highway Patrol officers busted an auto theft ring in Palm Springs on Tuesday.
Investigators made one arrest and recovered three pickup trucks from a home on Desert Park Avenue about 7 am, reports the Desert Sun. The CHP says it’s the first arrest in the investigation into an auto theft ring spanning Southern California.

The suspect arrested was 27-year-old Guilherme Oliveira, according to KESQ.
