An Oceanside man is dead and another man injured after they were in a rock slide near Idyllwild Wednesday.
Jonathan Zuniga, 24, was hiking with a friend near Tahquitz Rock, also known as Lily Rock at about 2pm, reports KESQ. Zuniga died at the scene. His friend, who was not named, was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries.

Officials told the Press Enterprise they are not sure why the rock slide occurred but are investigating.
