A person is in serious condition after a vehicle crash in the area of Box Canyon Road and Painted Canyon in Mecca on Saturday morning.
The single-vehicle rollover was reported to Cal Fire about 8:45. Crews arrived to find one person trapped in the wreckage. The person was freed and airlifted by Mercy Air to an area hospital with moderate injuries.
