Time Warner Cable sent us this statement, “Our engineers continue to restore service as quickly as possible. The outage was caused by vandalism to our network last night. We apologize to our customers who have been affected.”
Indio Police say $2,000 worth of fiber optics were stolen off a telephone pole on Highway 111 between Madison and Monroe sometime between 8 and 9 p.m. Saturday night.
