New Year’s Eve is here and that means it is time to celebrate! If you happen to enjoy yourself a little too much, be sure not to drive home – instead, grab a free, yes FREE, cab ride.
The Home Safe Program is offering free cab rides on New Year’s Eve from 10:30 p.m. until 3 a.m. The rides are provided through a partnership between Walter Clark Legal Group and American Cab.
To grab a ride with the “Home Safe” Program, call dispatch at American Cab at (760) 300-0000 between 10:30 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. You will need to tell them you are calling for the “Home Safe” Program.
Users of the “Home Safe” program must reside or be staying at a hotel in the Coachella Valley cities of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indio, and Coachella.
And no, they won’t take you to another bar…only to your house or hotel.
