
A Palm Springs house originally built for Jack Warner, the co-founder of Warner Bros., has hit the market for $3.495 million.

It’s a seven-bedroom home in Old Las Palmas that underwent a $1 million, two-year renovation in 2010, according to the Press Enterprise. The house’s interior designer was onetime silent film star William “Billy” Haines, who also designed parts of Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage.

The house comes in at 5,284 square feet with 7.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, pool, and plenty of views, according to the Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty listing.
