A Palm Springs house originally built for Jack Warner, the co-founder of Warner Bros., has hit the market for $3.495 million.

It’s a seven-bedroom home in Old Las Palmas that underwent a $1 million, two-year renovation in 2010, according to the Press Enterprise. The house’s interior designer was onetime silent film star William “Billy” Haines, who also designed parts of Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage.
