This has not been a great week for hikers in The Coachella Valley.
Sunday, 2 boys were rescued after being separated from their parents while hiking The Maynard Mine Trail in Palm Springs. Then Tuesday morning, a hiker died while on The North Lykken Trail – also in Palm Springs.
So maybe Tuesday afternoon would not the best time to promote a contest to show your “adventurous” hiking moments – but The Greater Palm Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau is doing it any way…
