Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) expresses its condolences to all those affected by the Paris terror attacks. MSF is an international medical humanitarian organization which principally works in developing countries or communities where there is little to no access to health care. MSF is not running medical programs for survivors of the November 13 attacks as these needs are currently being met by France’s modern, comprehensive health system. For this reason, MSF cannot accept donations related to the Paris attacks.
