A pedestrian is dead after he was struck by a car Tuesday morning on Highway 62 in Twentynine Palms.
The 62-year-old victim was hit about 5:35 am, according to Z107.7. The unidentified man was outside of a crosswalk, walking northbound across the highway near Encelia Avenue.
The coroner has not yet released the man’s identity.
