Pieology, the quick-casual pizza joint that is the fastest growing restaurant chain in America, has set its opening date for their first Coachella Valley location.
The restaurant, located in the Rancho Las Palmas center at Highway 111 and Bob Hope, will open July 29 – but, as restaurant management told Cactus Hugs, there will be preview periods on the Tuesday and Wednesday prior when Pieology will open and even dole out some free pizzas. Times will be posted on the Pieology Rancho Mirage Twitter and Facebook page as the dates get closer.
Pieology lets customers customize their pizza by choosing from 40 toppings and various crusts and cheeses at a walk-up counter – basically a Chipotle for pizza.
All pizzas are 8 bucks or less.
