Plane Flying Banner Over Coachella Forced to Make Emergency Landing on Golf Course

A plane flying a banner over The Coachella Music and Arts Festival was forced to make an emergency landing at a La Quinta golf course on Friday afternoon. Luckily, no one was hurt. 

The small plane landed safely on the Mountain View Country Club golf course after experiencing mechanical failures.

Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy Armando Munoz told KESQ that the aircraft was one of the planes that carries banners around Coachella Fest.
