A work crew inmate disappeared Monday near Interstate 5 in Stockton on Monday. He has some, well, let’s say distinguishing features.
Corey Hughes, 27, was part of a work crew by the freeway and was last seen at 1:30 pm, reports KCRA. He was serving time for a weapons charge.
He was slated to be released from the ‘Honor Farm’ detention program next February.
