
Police are looking for a man they say was involved with a sexual assault of two employees of a Palm Desert business on Tuesday.
Officers were called to a business on Highway 111 a little after 9 pm on Jan. 2. They were told that a man entered the business and tried to sexually assault two employees, according to a news release. The victims fought with the suspect inside the business, before exiting the backdoor onto Alessandro Drive, where the assault continued. The suspect fled on foot westbound on Alessandro Drive.
Authorities conducted an extensive search of the area, but were not able to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a dark skinned male adult in his early 20’s, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with short black hair, unknown eye color, wearing a dark vest over a dark colored t-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
