The AP is out with the most popular things purchased by consumers during the Holiday shopping season and here’s how it breaks down:
Toys
Fingerlings, LOL Surprise balls, Hatchimals, Star Wars toys, and board games – with Soggy Doggy being a popular choice.
Clothes
Cold weather items like coats, boots, and gloves. Also velvet has been a big seller with blazers, dresses and wide-leg pants being the most-wanted pieces.
Around the House
The Instant Pot has been huge with sales rising 79 percent in November – probably because the Instant Pot is rad.
Electronics
iPhones and Apple Watches have been big along with the Nintendo Switch.
You may notice, a giant popcorn tin is, yet again, not on the list – because no one wants them!!!
