Tuesday’s congressional debate between incumbent Democrat Raul Ruiz and Republican Kimberlin Brown Pelzer didn’t bring any questions about crappy cars or Anza, but it did feature Ruiz dropping a line referencing the soap opera Brown Pelzer has played Sheila Carter on since 1990.
The moment came while the candidates were discussing Social Security and Medicare. Ruiz began his remarks with “Well how about this bold and beautiful idea…” the congressman states before going into his remarks.
It has honestly the most interesting part of the entire night.
