The Vulgar Chef is, and this will surprise you, a chef who doles out recipes in a vulgar way. When asked by The OC Weekly to create on Orange County inspired recipe, Vulgar Chef offered up Doritos-Crusted Carne Asada Balls. Why? Who cares…just look at them!
