An Amazon fulfillment center caught fire in Redlands late Tuesday night – which might explain why your Prime order is a little later than expected – in a blaze that appeared to have originated from a solar panel, according to officials.
Fire crews were called to the center about 9 pm to take on the fire – which was in the roof area.

“Firefighters were able to save significant product inside the building through aggressive firefighting tactics,” Redlands Fire Department Battalion Chief Jim Topoleski told KTLA.
The fire is the second in less than a week that is believed to have been due to solar panels in the desert / Inland Empire area.
