When you head to a fast food joint, you probably are not expecting much in terms of customer service or, let’s be honest, quality of food – so, it’s always nice when you are greeted with a smile and are treated like a human being. Some fast food restaurants are better than that than others, according to a new report.
The American Customer Service Satisfaction Index surveys customers on things like employee courtesy, speed, order accuracy, and even website quality. 24/7 Wall St. has compiled the data and has ranked fast food restaurants in terms of customer service.
Let’s start with the 5 best:
- Chick-fil-A
- Panera Bread
- Papa John’s
- Subway
- Arby’s
And the 5 worst:
- McDonald’s
- Jack in the Box
- Pizza Hut
- Taco Bell
- Wendy’s
Fast food restaurants were found to have better customer service than full-service restaurants for the first time ever this past year. In fact, full-service got their lowest score in a decade.
