You can request a vote-by-mail ballot in Riverside County for just the next election or for all upcoming elections by filling out the appropriate form which you can find here.
Any voter can vote-by-mail and your ballot is mailed to you up to 29 days before the election. Then you fill out your ballot and wither return it to a polling place on election day or mail it back before then.
