Wednesday is National Rum Day – because why not? – and to celebrate, a couple of Palm Springs bars are are serving up specials on rum cocktails.
Reservoir at the Arrive Hotel is serving up four drinks specials for just eight bucks (left to right in the top photo):
- Classic Daiquiri – rum , lime , sugar.
- Vic’s Mai Tai – rum blend , lime, orgeat, curaçao.
- Airmail – aged rum, lime, sugar, bitters, mint, sparkling wine.
- Pineapple old fashioned – Plantation pineapple Rum, Giffard Banane, chocolate and angostura bitters.
