Authorities found 280 marijuana plants and a hash oil lab growing inside of a home near Perris on Friday leading to a man and a woman being arrested on drug cultivation and child endangerment charges.

On Friday, March 13, 2015, deputies assigned to the Perris Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a residence located in the 26000 block of Orange Avenue, in the unincorporated area of Perris. During a search of the location, deputies located a marijuana grow containing approximately 280 plants and an active Butane Hash Oil (BHO) lab.
As a result of the investigation, Jose Ignacio Delgado, a 25-year old resident of Perris, was arrested and booked into the Southwest Detention Center on the following charges: Cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sales, operating a BHO laboratory and child endangerment. Alma Rosa Valencia, a 34-year old resident of Perris, was also arrested and booked for being under the influence of a central nervous stimulant.
