A 23-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a San Bernardino man who was found dead in a box truck along the 15 Freeway in Lake Elsinore.
The body of Hosbaldo Davila, Jr, 32, was discovered Saturday after witnesses reported woman with blood on her running along the freeway near Main Street, according to the Press Enterprise.
Police identified the woman as Vanessa Ruvalcaba, of Riverside.
“After an examination of the bobtail truck, an adult male was located severely injured while sitting in the driver’s seat of the truck,” CHP officials said in a news release. “The male adult was pronounced deceased from wounds consistent from a stabbing.”.
Officials have not disclosed the relationship between the victim and suspect or a possible motive in the attack.
