Apple has taken a lot of shit this week after releasing details on its less than innovative iPhone 7. But, as lame as it is that the new iPhone won’t have a headphone jack, at least it doesn’t seem to be exploding.
Samsung is urging customers to stop using the Galaxy Note 7 with a recall as the phone has been repeatedly catching fire, reports the LA Times.
“We are asking users to power down their Galaxy Note 7s and exchange them as soon as possible,” Koh Dong-jin, Samsung’s mobile president, said in the statement. “We are expediting replacement devices so that they can be provided through the exchange program as conveniently as possible.”
If you have a Note 7, you should call 1-800-SAMSUNG or 1-800-726-7864 to find out how to exchange. Friendly advice here: borrow your friend’s iPhone to do it.
