Police in San Bernardino are looking for a man who they claim shot his brother and then ran over him with a pickup truck outside of a Mimi’s Cafe in San Bernardino.

The unidentified victim was hospitalized at Loma Linda University Medical Center in critical condition but is expected to survive, Lt. Rich Lawhead told the Press Enterprise.

Police say that the brothers arrived separately to the restaurant on Hospitality Lane and that the shooting happened about 10:30 a.m.

Pryor’s motives are unknown and police believe that he is driving a red Ford Ranger pickup with a disabled veteran California license plate DPV3948.  Police caution that he might be armed and believe that he may try to go to Mexico.

The restaurant was closed much of the day but, as The San Bernardino Sun reports, it reopened at 4 p.m.
