Police are searching for a suspect who shot a pregnant woman multiple times in San Bernardino Sunday night.
The woman was taken to a hospital after being discovered at 8:22 p.m. on North F Street, according to the Press Enterprise. She is in “critical but stable condition,”according to police. The fetus is in stable condition.
Minutes after the shooting someone “matching the suspect description” robbed a nearby Arco gas station at gunpoint and tried to carjack a vehicle, but the driver of the vehicle sped off.
The suspect then successfully carjacked a different vehicle, a 1998 black Jeep Cherokee.
