A San Diego woman has filed a lawsuit against E.L James, author of “Fifty Shades of Grey”, and a sex toy company after she bought a sexual lube that she claims did not give her “enhanced orgasms”.
Tania Warchol filed the complaint over Fifty Shades of Grey Come Alive Pleasure Gel for Her, which claims that users will “experience enhanced orgasms and stimulation as every tingle, touch and vibration intensifies.” Warchol says the product did not live up to its promises.
The complaint reads, “Based on Defendants’ representations, Plaintiff believed the Product has powerful aphrodisiac qualities and would increase her sexual pleasure as advertised …The Product did not deliver the purported benefits.”
The complaint states that Warchol purchased the lube on at least 2 occasions. She has filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of everyone who has purchased the lube within the last four years and is seeking a refund for all plaintiffs, plus punitive damages.
