On Monday’s Late Show, Stephen Colbert returned from vacation and took some time to talk about the San Bernardino shooting.
“The reason you keep people in your thoughts and prayers is admittedly not to fix the problem, but to try to find some small way to share the burden of grief,” he said, defending people offering thoughts and prayers. He than pondered why we do not do more.
“Why’s it so easy to buy bullets when I have to show three forms of I.D. to buy Sudafed?”
Good question.
