Suspects sought after attack, shots fired at Yucca Valley Park and Ride

Police are searching for three suspects they say shot at and attacked three people in Yucca Valley Friday night.

Deputies were called to the Park and Ride parking lot on Twentynine Palms Hwy and Kickapoo Trail at about 11:52 pm on Friday night. Three victims told police that two black male adults and one white male adult stopped their car in front of them, exited the vehicle, and began physically attacking them, according to a news release.

One of the suspects was armed with a firearm and during the incident, several rounds were fired at the victims. None of the victims were hit with gunfire.  Two victims suffered minor injuries during the physical attack.

The suspects fled in an older model silver or gray four-door sedan.
