As the Presidential primaries enters the home stretch – with lots and lots of soup and even some weird singing – former House Speaker John Boehner took a break from hanging out at the local cougar bar to talk about Ted Cruz. He did not hold back.
“Lucifer in the flesh,” Boehner described the Texas Senator to an audience at Stanford on Wednesday night, according to the Stanford Daily. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a bitch in my life.”
Harsh words from Boehner – who, surprisingly, did not even cry while saying them.
Ted Cruz sure sounds awesome.
