Palm Springs – a city that, despite what the No on Measure C commercials tell you, is so flush with cash it can easily spend $65,000 on chairs for the library – was featured not to long ago on the Jimmy Kimmel show as a segment about the chairs was so dumb and hokey it made for a nice contrast to the daily hell of what’s going on in Washington DC. Unfortunately, the local TV station and the folks at the library continue to beat this dead horse in hopes that Kimmel will put them back on TV for a few seconds and seriously, what the hell is this?.
We close the book on our beloved library chairs.
