Desert X 2019 runs from Palm Springs to the Salton Sea (with many spots in the Coachella Valley in between) from February 9 through April 21. Below is info for Wormhole and you can catch all the info you need for every Desert X installation in our complete guide here.

Where: Five spots around the Coachella Valley and one in Mexico too! They are:

The Lowdown: What may look like ordinary storefronts throughout the Coachella Valley are just a little bit more than that.
I headed out to the Cathedral City location (which is right by Zobo and Meester’s – good news if you like rad food like Guy Fieri). As I approached I noticed a television and literally nothing else.
The television is broadcasting what appears to be another location.
There is also a sign promoting another Wormhole location:
Wormhole, ladies and gents! Enjoy.
Update: I just dropped by the Indian Wells location (which, hey Eureka! is nearby – and on out list of the best spots to drink in Indian Wells – so, yeah, there was a whiskey and burger involved), and it’s just as, ummm, impressive?
The store looked very similar to the image on the screen at the Cathedral City location and so it would appear that if I were to travel next to the Indio spot, it would look like the storefront on the TV at this location.
