The Palm Springs Elvis Honeymoon House is now available for 65% off

They may have overestimated how much people were willing to spend to own the Palm Springs home that once saw Elvis and Priscilla Presley honeymoon there.

As the Desert Sun notes, the Vista las Palmas home, which was originally listed for $9.5 million in 2014, has been listed again this week for the low-low price of $3.26 million – or 65% lower than 4 years ago.

The Palm Springs home was rented out by Elvis and Priscilla Presley after they got married. They paid a tiny bit more than $21,000 to lease the five bedroom estate for their honeymoon.

Built in 1962 by Robert Alexander, the house on Ladera Circle was named Named “The House of Tomorrow” by Look Magazine upon completion, notes Dwell.
