The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway reopened on Friday after being forced to closed down following a 20-acre fire near the popular Coachella Valley attraction on Wednesday night.
The blaze consumed a power pole near the property, cutting off power and forcing the tram to close down for Thanksgiving. But, things have been restored and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway reopened on Friday morning.
The Tramway is OPEN today at 8 a.m. The fire is contained in the canyon and we are working diligently to restore services to our phones and website . We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during the unforeseen closure yesterday.
