The 4,100 square foot house was built in 198 and includes three bedrooms, five baths, a family room and bar, an office, and a formal dining room. There’s also a courtyard entry, a swimming pool, a guest house, and an updated kitchen with custom cabinetry and an island with a waterfall edge.

According to the LA Times, Hart has lived in the home for seven years. He’s up for an Oscar this year for Black Panther and has previously been nominated for L.A. Confidential and Pleasantville. Other notable films to his credits include Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Spider-Man 2.

No word on if Hart has left any surprises for a potential buyer around the house (an item or two from Wakanda would be pretty awesome, just sayin’).  You can check out the TTK Represents listing here.
