The Sugarloaf Cafe, which reopened at the end of 2018, recently added beer and wine service to its dinner menu – which they serve up four days a week. Just be sure to save room for dessert, because their pies are delicious!

The restaurant is located just 15 miles up Highway 74 from Palm Desert – and, at 4,000 feet, is going to be a nice, easy way to cool off for desert residents come summer.

The dining room is open 4 – 9 pm every Thursday through Sunday, with a Happy Hour from 3 – 4.

The menu includes pork chops, burgers, a veggie pot pie and plenty of BBQ offerings in addition to dessert items, including pie!

Seriously tho, my wife and I stopped in last weekend and the pies are legit!

The property also includes a market and coffee shop, open 7 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week.
