The Press Enterprise has a look at how many hotels are under construction and in the planning stages for Riverside County and, spoiler, it’s a lot!
According to the paper, 15 hotels are currently under construction in the county – with a total of 2,196 rooms in those properties. And while that is a healthy amount of new hotel rooms, it’s nothing compared the the 9,370 more being planned at the 56 additional hotels in the planning stages in Riverside County.
Is there enough demand to fill an additional 11,566 hotel rooms across Riverside County? We may have the answer to that in just a few years.
