The week will be hot, humid, and there is a small chance of thunderstorms all the way through Thursday.

But, as awful as it will feel outside in The Coachella Valley, there is a bright side: the rain and humidity may help firefighters take on The Lake Fire (though, there is chance lightning could spark new wildfires).
The forecast for the 4th of July calls for 110 degrees and gusty winds – not exactly what you would call the perfect BBQ’ing weather.
