A man is in critical condition after he was shot in Thousand Palms Friday night.
The shooting happened on El Centro Way a little after 6:30 pm, according to KESQ. Officers arrived to find a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.

A witness told the TV station they heard eight gunshots.
