A 49-year-old Twentynine Palms woman was arrested for felony spouse abuse after she allegedly punched her boyfriend during an argument about bacon.
Rene Cisneros went to a home on Athol Avenue to see her boyfriend about 6:30 am despite a restraining order prohibiting her to do so, according to Z107.7. The boyfriend told deputies that he was punched several times by Cisneros who was angry with him for eating bacon. The punches resulted in lacerations and bleeding.
She was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with bail set at $75,000.
