A Twentynine Palms woman was arrested on Saturday after police say she failed to pull over her ATV during an attempted traffic stop and led police on a 1.5 mile pursuit.

A deputy attempted the traffic stop at Two Mile Road and Palo Verde Avenue about 8;30 pm, according to Z107.7. After failing to yield, police followed the suspect for about half a mile, before the suspect eventually stopped on Playa Vista Drive.

Kayla Shrewsbury was arrested on suspicion of felony evasion.
