Two men were shot at Tedesco Park in Desert Hot Springs on Thursday afternoon.

The two men were both taken to the hospital, reports the Desert Sun.  

KESQ reports that one man is in critical condition and the other is in stable condition.

According to Desert Hot Springs Police Chief Dale Mondary, there was some sort of conflict among a small group of people that led to the shooting at at the park. Police also noted that the public is not at risk.
