Video: Cop arrested after pulling gun on Jack in the Box employee

Video has surfaced from a January incident in Santa Clara where an off-duty policeman was arrested after he pulled a gun on a Jack in the Box employee who was not making his burger fast enough.

Officers of the Santa Clara Police Department were called to the fast food joint at 2:40 a.m. due to reports of an altercation between and employee and a customer, according to NBC Bay Area.

Benjamin Lee

Benajamin Lee was arrested and charged with brandishing a firearm and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lee was yelling at employees for taking too long before he showed them his gun, reports ABC 7.

Lee was placed on administrative leave.

The Free Thought Project asked for an update from the Santa Clara Sheriff’s Department who made no comment about Lee’s current status.
