Lexus just posted a video that would make Marty McFly happy.
The short clip shows what appears to be a hoverboard, called SLIDE, floating just above the ground right before a traditional skateboarder takes a step onto it.
On the website, Lexus claims they have, “created a real, rideable overboard.”
Of course, we have seen things things play out as hoaxes before to get publicity for the company posting it, so this might just be another one of those. It does not help Lexus’s cause that there is no video of anyone actually using the thing.
