Since there are no original ideas left in Hollywood these days, ‘Full House’ is coming back to television.

John Stamos stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night and dropped the details on the new show which will focus on Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler).

“It starts sort of as a reunion and then spins off into this, like a spin-off,” Stamos said.

Stamos says that DJ will now play the role of the widowed parent to three children — all boys (see what they did there). Kimmy and Stephanie will move in to help raise the kids (oh, see what they did there too?).

Though DJ, Stephanie, Kimmy and Uncle Jesse will officially appear, the rest of the cast is still in talks according to ABC News (really? ABC News looked into this? Wow.).

‘Fuller House’ will debut on Netflix in 2016.
