Newly posted video shows a man being arrested at the Indio Target on Sunday. The man is accused of exposing himself and groping two shoppers.
Police claim the man’s actions are documented on security cameras, according to KESQ. He was detained by security guards until the cops arrived to arrest him.
In the video below, the man appears to tell security guards, “You can’t do this” several times while being detained and then accuses them of “kidnapping”.
The man has been identified as 33-year-old Don Albert Robison of Scottsdale, Arizona. He was arrested under suspicion of misdemeanor indecent exposure and felony charges of lewd and lascivious acts against a minor.
