Video: a gun salesman had a surprising moment of clarity on KESQ Monday night
KESQ is bringing out the big guns this week, literally, with wall-to-wall segments featuring guns, guns, and (surprisingly) bacon. On Monday, anchor John White, who admits to having basically zero experience with guns, took a written test to get a California Firearm Safety Certificate. White aces the test – then he blows the salesman’s mind.
After getting a nearly perfect score, the sales guy asks, “I think you studied, didn’t you?”
White responds with a, “no” – then asks if the test might just be a bit too easy. And that is when the salesman realizes something important.
“Uhhh, I believe that it is…(moment of clarity)…I don’t think it is helping to be completely honest.”
