The Greater Palm Springs Area has no shortage of huge, rad, expensive vacation homes. I stumbled upon one in particular while researching another story today (blogging is weird work) and it has an outdoor projection screen you can watch while you are in the pool and, welp, I need $12,000 please.
The house was designed in 1959 by Hugh Kaptur and, according to Travel and Leisure, is often recognized as one of Palm Springs finest examples of hillside architecture. The house has a name, because sure, why not? And “On The Rocks,” is available to rent, if you have the coin.
The place can sleep up to six people with three bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and an outdoor hot tub and infinity-edged saline pool with rad views and an outdoor projection screen to watch movies or Netflix or orgy porn or whatever it is rich people project on outside screens.
But seriously, just look at this place!
That’s very nice. This is kind of odd tho…
But then this makes up for it…
The house is available for Coachella Weekend 2, but it has a 4 night minimum and, well…
Yowza!
You can check out the listing for the Rocks House here and should you rent it or know someone who does, invite me over. I’ll bring a couple bottles of Two Buck Chuck and some Five Guys.
